As Private Investigators Statewide Process Servers is able to handle virtually all of your process serving needs. In Utah Private Investigators are allowed to serve all of your commons documents. For the few limited types of documents we cannot handle (bench warrants and executions) we have relationships with local agencies that can.
We can also assist with filing of documents, document retrevial, skip tracing, back ground checks, contact and collects, property assessments among other services.
Our standard rates for serving papers are as follows:
Salt Lake, Davis, Weber and Utah Counties:

Rush Service (24 hours) $75.00
Tooele, Summit, Wasatch, Washington, Morgan Counties:
Standard Service: $60.00
Rush Service (24 hours) $85.00
Uintah, Duchesne, Carbon, Sanpete, Juab, Sevier, Box Elder and Cache Counties:
Standard Service $75.00
Rush Service (24 Hours) $125.00
Rich, Dagget, Millard, Beaver, Emery, Grand, San Juan, Wayne, Piute, Garfield and Kane Counties:
Standard Service $100.00

Statewide Process Servers, offers a free basic investigations on all bad addresses. If that doesn’t work we have a wide range of skip trace options available.
For local clients we offer a base plus mileage rate of $12.00 for servicing the documents. Mileage is charged at a rate of $1.50 per going mile from the county court house for the first and second trips. The third attempt will be charged a rate of $1.00 per going mile. All subsequent attempts are free of charge. A minimum of $7.50 will be charged on mileage.
